So we aren’t really a leftover family (not my choice) and I had 2 halves of ribeye steaks left from last night. I thought of basic things to do ranging from steak salads to steak bowls (which is already a great staple for us).
My husband wanted none of them
So, I decided that we could come to agreeance on tacos! Which was a hit.

I had cooked the steaks the night before to medium rare which made them perfect to re-heat without drying them out!
2. Place them in a pot with beef broth with fajita seasoning and turn on low. This allowed my steak to warm up, soak up juices and flavor without over cooking the meat.
3. Once warmed turn to a medium hest for 2-3 minutes. This will make the meat hot but won’t draw away the flavow or moisture.
