Panko crusted Salmon paired with pan seared bacon and cheddar asparagus and potatoes

Salmon..

  • Cut salmon into 4 to 6 ounces pieces. You may have bought pre cut or frozen fish which works too! Just make sure it is completely thawed!
  • Add: Salt, smoked paprika, tonys, and garlic powder.
  • Take panko bread crumbs (i used unseasoned because it works best with my flavor choices) and add to the side of salmon without skin
  • *note* if you do not have skin on your salmon feel free to use panko on both sides! Just make sure it won’t stick in the air fryer
  • Spray pan and place in air fryer on 390 for 15 minutes

Asparagus and potatoes

  • Add spray (or if you really want to out do your flavor buds butter) to the pan
  • Add aspargus with a pinch of sugar, salt, and tonys (trying to keep similar flavor profiles)
  • While that happen microwave a red potato (like you are making a baked potato)
  • Once done cut into pieces and add to the pan along with bacon
  • Cover for 5-10 minutes or until aspargus is done to your liking
  • Add chedder shred and serve
Peanut butter maple granola
